Responsibilities

• UXディレクターとして、当事業部運営ECサイトのUI／UX改善、ページ制作ディレクションなどをしていただきます。
• ユーザーセグメント別（ロイヤル、ジェネラル、離脱、新規）のインサイトを調査・分析
• 分析結果に基づいたステークホルダーと仮説議論、施策の企画・実施・検証
• プロダクトに必要なKPIの設計・提案- 大手クライアントメーカー（消費財・化粧品・飲料などのブランドマネージャー）と連携し、ECの企画・提案
• 店舗ページの制作、ABテストによるUI／UX改善アクション

• 商品レコメンド機能の課題調査、仮説立案、改善提案
• 店舗UXについてのユーザーインタビュー実施
• 店舗トップページのリニューアルプロジェクト

Requirements

• WebサービスやWebサイト制作のUI／UXデザイン・ディレクション経験（2年以上）
• UXデザイン（ウェブサイト、アプリ開発等）に関する実務経験（2年以上）

歓迎要件:

• ユーザーインタビューやユーザビリティテストの実施経験事業状況の把握から調査手法の選択・実行、結果の分析までを一貫して進めた経験
• 定量的・定性的なデータを分析し、問題点の抽出や研究結果に基づく改善プロセスの実施経験
• UIデザインとビジュアルデザイン
• データ抽出分析経験（SQL、Rなど）
