Responsibilities

（1）ITインフラおよび情報システム管理

• グローバル親会社の方針に基づくITインフラの運用・管理
• 社内への方針周知、修正対応、権限管理
• BPO顧客へのITインフラ最適化提案

（2）業務自動化（デジタルツール／RPA／AIなど）の推進

• 顧客向け業務における業務自動化の企画・推進
• 社内向けデジタルツール／RPA／AIの導入・運用支援
• 自動化対象業務の選定、フロー設計、運用体制の構築

Requirements

必須条件：

• ITインフラの運用・管理経験（特に業務用PC環境）
• RPAツールの導入・運用経験
• 社内外関係者との調整・コミュニケーション能力
• 権限管理やセキュリティに関する基本知識
• 英語での業務遂行能力（メール・チャット・Web会議などで、グローバル親会社とITインフラやセキュリティに関する対話が可能なレベル）

• グローバル企業環境での業務経験
• Microsoft Office製品に関する知見
• プロジェクトマネジメント経験
