Responsibilities

• CDMO事業の営業（フロント）チームの一員として、海外顧客（主にインド）との受注・出荷管理、フォーキャスト管理、予実管理、契約管理などのオペレーション業務を担当
• プロジェクトサポートおよび営業対応業務として、海外顧客と社内複数部門のコミュニケーションを円滑化
• 具体例：生産技術移転プロジェクトの支援、販売契約締結のサポート、各種課題解決に向けた提案・実行等
• サプライチェーン、生産、R&D、品質保証、経理、法務などクロスファンクションチームと連携し、自律的に業務を推進

Requirements

必須条件：

• 受注・出荷管理および売上予測（Forecast）管理を含むオペレーション業務の経験
• 海外営業または輸出業務の経験（目安：3年以上）

歓迎条件

• 収益予実管理、売掛金・与信管理、契約管理などの営業管理業務の経験
• 海外の社外パートナー企業との調整、交渉の経験
• 体外診断薬（IVD）業界での経験
