20万以上の有料ユーザーにサービスを提供しています。
今回担当いただく中小企業向け会計プロダクトは、
創業初期からポートフォリオの中核として位置づけられ、
今も主要なビジネスドライバーです。
会計領域では安定性と信頼性が不可欠である一方、
AI技術の進展によりSaaSへの期待は高度化しており、
より迅速な進化と高い利便性が求められています。
同社は、この「安定性」と「機動性」を両立させることで、
日本の中小企業に会計を通じた大きな価値提供を目指しています。

■ポジションについて

継続的に成長するグローバル組織を強化するために、あなたの管理および開発経験を活用し、
グローバル開発チームを管理しながら、製品、ビジネス、そして会社の成長推進をお任せします。

■Responsibilities

• Grow the Organization: Recruit, evaluate, and develop engineers within a global development team spanning multiple locations.
• Strategic Planning: Plan and execute both continuous and non-continuous (disruptive) growth of the systems and organization to obtain market leadership.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage resources, coordinate with stakeholders, and make decisions to realize the product roadmap.
• Technical Leadership: Formulate technical roadmaps, select future-proof architectures, and promote/support technical initiatives.
• Problem Solving: Resolve organizational and product challenges by collaborating with Product Managers and heads of other divisions.
• Division-Level Strategy: Propose and drive growth strategies and solutions for the broader Division level, beyond just your immediate department.

Requirements

•  以下のような組織管理経験
  • 業務プロセスの開発および改善
  • 組織システムおよび構造の開発および改善
  • 組織パフォーマンスの問題の特定および解決
  • 経営陣とのコミュニケーションおよび期待管理
•  以下のようなエンジニアリングのピープルマネジメント経験
  • チームビルディングおよびメンバーの育成
  • チームメンバーのパフォーマンス評価および目標管理
  • 要件定義から候補者のクロージングまでの採用の一貫した関与
•  ウェブアプリケーション開発経験
•  ビジネスレベル以上の日本語スキル
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル（TOEIC 800以上相当）
  • ※TOEIC 800以上のスコアを持っていない場合、選考過程で会社指定のテストを受ける必要があります。
