Responsibilities

• 11カ国・地域の会員組織を管理し、KGI/KPI目標に向けた業務を推進
• 海外パネルスタッフ（マーケティング、ユーザーサポート）の管理とKPIの管理
• 海外パネルに関するシステム開発のプロジェクトオーナーとして、システム要件の整理や会議の調整

このポジションでは、デジタル広告やソーシャルメディアを通じて同社インサイト・グローバル（海外オンラインリサーチのリーディングカンパニーの一つ）のオンラインリサーチ会員を獲得・管理します。業務には、各会員の業務状況の確認、KGI/KPIの達成、問題解決、ユーザー情報取得に関する法務グループとの会議など、幅広いタスクが含まれます。

Requirements

必須条件:

• 英語でのコミュニケーション能力
• チーム管理経験
• マーケティング関連の業務経験
• 約10年の業務経験

• システム開発・製品開発などのプロジェクト管理経験
• オンラインリサーチ業界での経験
• 海外での業務経験または海外事業部門での経験
