Responsibilities

• 商業・マーケティング会社に属する事業の月次、四半期、年次の会計処理
• 子会社の会計処理、税務処理、報告書作成など
• 売掛金および買掛金の管理
• 新サービスの立ち上げや業務プロセスの変更に伴う会計処理および会計プロセスの変更の検討
• 販売管理システムや会計システムの導入に関連する業務
• すべての会計プロセスのDX推進

マネージャー（候補）として、会計組織、メンバー、タスクを管理し、自ら会計業務を行い、メンバーの作業をレビューします。スタッフの場合、割り当てられた会計業務に従事します。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 月次決算を締める能力
• 会計分野での成長意欲とキャリア目標
• 管理業務の経験または挑戦する意欲
• 日商簿記2級以上に相当する会計知識
• 基本的なExcelスキルなど
• 高い目標意識と未経験の分野でも挑戦する意欲を持つ人

歓迎条件：

• 四半期決算を締める能力
• 会計DXの経験またはこの分野に挑戦する意欲
• IFRSおよび税務の専門知識
• SAPの使用経験
