Responsibilities

業務または機能領域において、リーンの行動、原則、およびツールを指導し、推進し、リードします。

• 工場全体の改善のドライブ及び生産性向上活動の推進
• リーン手法及び改善に関する教育の推進
• グローバルのLean Teamと連携して、リーン/改善に関するInitiativesの工場への展開
• リーン及び改善の後継者育成
• リーンアカデミー、ハートビートアカデミーの推進及びドライブ
• 見学の促進及び工場見学内容及びプロセス改善のドライブ
• 他社の工場見学、他社との学びの交流の企画及び提供

Requirements

必須条件:

• Lean手法の深い理解と実践経験（医療機器以外でもOK、ToyotaなどでのLean経験がある候補者は大歓迎）
• 改善活動の推進実績
• サプライチェーン知識（製造現場との連携含む）
• 高いコミュニケーション能力
• 人材育成・教育経験
• 日本語ビジネスレベル
• 英語ビジネスレベル
