Responsibilities

このポジションは、メータクラスタ、セカンダリーディスプレイなどのHMI領域を担当し、クライアントとの共同開発における主要な窓口として機能します。
主な職務内容：

• クライアントとの要件定義・開発依頼
• 開発サンプルの受領、ベンチ検証・実車検証の実施、結果フィードバック
• 課題の追跡と解決に向けた調整
• 認証試験におけるクライアントとの連携、認証取得への貢献
• 生産開始後の市場課題共有と解決策の推進

Requirements

必須要件：

• ソフトウェアおよび電子工学分野で3年以上の実務経験を持つエンジニア
• チームリーダーとしての経験があり、社内外のステークホルダーとの円滑な連携を得意とする方
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語力と日本語力

• 優れたコミュニケーション能力、人間関係構築力、組織運営能力を備え、独立してもチームの一員としても高い成果を上げられる方
• 工学の学士号を取得し、ソフトウェアと電子工学の両分野における深い理解を有する方
