- 制御や組み込みソフトウェア設計の経験（目安：２年以上）

- AD/ADASシステム開発(ハード/ソフト含め)の知識と経験
- システムズエンジニアリング技法/手法(SysML他)を用いたシステム/制御設計経験
- 機能安全知識（A-SPICE, ISO26262 他）
- 海外顧客対応英語力(TOEIC700点以上目安)
