Responsibilities

• ソフトウェア要件分析（要求分析、工数見積り、日程計画、リスク・課題分析）
• CまたはMATLABによる車載ソフトウェア設計（制御設計書作成、コード/モデル作成、制御レビュー主催、ソフト変更管理）
• 車載ソフトウェア検証（検証環境検討、検証項目立案、検証日程計画、検証作業）
• 顧客対応（制御仕様説明、客先での仕様確認、進捗報告） 
• 開発プロセス改善（開発KPI分析、設計効率化検討）

Requirements

• 車載制御ソフトウェアのシステム設計経験（目安：3年以上、C言語あるいはMATLABの使用）
• TOEI500点程度の英語力(読み書き・メール利用に支障のないレベル)

歓迎条件：

• AD/ADASシステム開発の知識と経験
• MATLABによるモデルベース制御設計経験
• CAN通信など通信制御設計経験
• 開発プロセス、機能安全知識（A-SPICE, ISO26262　他）
• 海外顧客対応英語力(TOEIC700点以上目安)
