Responsibilities

• 社内のITインフラストラクチャ エンジニアおよびサービスデスク管理スペシャリストとして、社内の顧客（従業員）に迅速かつ適切なITサービスサポートを提供します。
• サービス デスクの管理者として、専用のITチケットシステムを介して受け付けられる、ワークステーション、ソフトウェア、インフラストラクチャ、社内システム、アプリケーション、およびデジタルプラットフォームに関する照会・問題等を検証・調査し適切な解決策を提供します。
• そのためにサポートデスク業務を行う委託会社のメンバーマネージメントを行って頂きます。

Requirements

必須要件：

• ネットワーク/サーバーの実務経験
• コンピュータネットワークの基礎知識 (TCP/IP & ルーター技術の基礎知識)
• Microsoft Active Directory の基本的な知識または操作スキル
• IT全般の基礎知識（IPA ITパスポート認定レベル）
• 基礎知識 Windows PC/スマートフォン(iOS or Android)
• 情報技術、コンピューター サイエンスまたは同等の学士号
• ビジネスレベルの英語力
