To ensure users are not inconvenienced in case of trouble, carriers provide compensation services such as delivering an equivalent device to the user's specified location within two days. We work closely with our group companies to provide insurance services to major telecommunications carriers in Japan, supporting the peace of mind in digital life for numerous consumers.

Responsibilities

業務内容：テクニカルアナリストとして、お客様がスムーズに解決策に導かれるようにサポートを行っていただきます。BtoBtoCビジネスモデルにおける製品とサービスの技術開発において重要な役割です。
具体的な業務内容：

• ビジネス要件定義書の作成
• ビジネスチームとの橋渡し
• 技術ソリューション設計のサポート
• QAチームのサポート

Requirements

必須条件：

• 横断的なシステムビジネス分析経験
• アジャイルでのシステム開発経験
• データベースクエリ実行の基本知識
• PCスキル（Excel, Word, PowerPoint）
• ネイティブレベルの日本語と英語（中級）のスキル
