Responsibilities

• MacOSの導入、設定、更新、保守、サポート
• デバイスのセキュリティポリシーの策定と遵守
• セキュリティインシデントの管理と報告
• ITサービスの品質と顧客満足度の向上
• ハンズオンとチームのリード

Requirements

必須条件:

• JamfやIntune等を使ったエンドユーザー端末の管理経験（3年以上）
• ITサービスマネージメントの知識と経験（ITILやITサービスマネージャー試験の資格保有者歓迎）
• 日本語と英語のコミュニケーション能力（TOEIC(R)800点以上）
• チームマネジメントのスキル（リーダーシップ、コーチング、フィードバックなど）
• ビジネス分析のスキル（要件定義、コスト分析、ROI計算など）
