Responsibilities

①開発、建設、運営の各段階における関係各社の役務提供の妥当性、全体のバランス等について分析し、指導・改善指示を行う②運営中案件に関し、株主である同社の立場にたって、プロジェクト会社が起用するO&M事業者に対し、定例会議を交えつつ適切な管理を行い、発電所が期初予算以上のパフォーマンスを出せるよう努める③建設中案件に関し、同社含めた株主が起用する会社と密に連携し、EPC業者等工事関係者に対する建設マネジメントを行う※案件着手前段階においては、同社に多数引き合いのある海外再エネ案件の中、出融資を検討する価値のあるプロジェクトの選定も実施

Requirements

必須条件:

• 海外火力、風力等の発電所運営経験
• 英語力（ビジネスレベル）
