Responsibilities

• GenAI、Microsoft 365 等を含むデジタルスキル研修の企画・設計・運営（内製・外部併用）
• 必要に応じた研修コンテンツの内製化および講師（ファシリテーション）担当
• 社内Web記事やニュースレター等による情報発信、教材・学習コンテンツの管理
• PwC Japan全体のデジタル施策をコンサルティング部門へ横展開するための連携・推進
• カルチャー醸成を目的としたコミュニティ運営とイベント企画
• 個別組織へのデジタルツール導入支援・定着化支援

Requirements

必須条件：

• 戦略系または総合系コンサルティングファームでの実務経験（4年以上）
• 構造化思考や批判的思考（ロジカルシンキング、クリティカルシンキング）などの基礎的な問題解決能力
• 主体的に推進できるオーナーシップと自走力
• デジタルツール・デジタルスキルへの高い好奇心・キャッチアップ力
• 研修進行・講師を担当できるプレゼンテーション／ファシリテーション能力
