Responsibilities

• コンタクトセンター領域のデータベースからデータ分析及びデータ提供
• 会社施策に基づく、課題整理、あるべき改善策の提案
• コンタクトセンターのKPI（応答率・放棄率・平均処理時間等）のレポートやKPI改善を目的とした提案
• コンタクトセンターへの新たな業務プロセスやソリューションの展開
• 上記に伴うプロジェクトの運営

Requirements

必須条件：

• データ分析スキル（ExcelやPower　BI等を用いた集計）
• 資料作成スキル（Excel、Word、Powerpoint）
• 英語力（TOEIC：780点以上）
• コンタクトセンターや顧客対応部門での業務経験（間接部門含む）

歓迎条件：

• コンタクトセンター領域の知識があれば、尚可
• CRM（Salesforce）やCTI（Genesys Cloud）の知見者歓迎
• プロセス改善や企画部門での経験
• データ分析やレポート作成業務経験
