Responsibilities

【概要】次世代戦闘機事業に関するイギリス・イタリアとの定例会議内での同時通訳およびプロジェクト管理業務【詳細】①通訳業務

• 日英伊3カ国会議（リモート会議週1回、対面出張会議2か月周期で1回あたり1週間程度）の中での同時通訳
• 会議に向けた資料作成、会議議事録まとめ、会議に向けての社内向け資料の作成

※専門用語の略語集は用意していますが、適宜業務の中でキャッチアップいただきながらスキルアップをいただければと思っております。②プロジェクト管理業務

• 配属予定の課ではそれぞれ以下の役割を担っております。
• 通訳業務を中心に担当いただきながら、それぞれの課におけるプロジェクト管理業務についても将来的にお任せする予定です。

【プロジェクト管理課】品質・法務・調達などの間接業務全般の取りまとめを行っています。

• 国際契約締結の取りまとめ
• サプライチェーンマネジメント
• 開発プロセス管理

【システム開発課】次世代戦闘機に搭載する通信システムや電子戦システム開発のシステムの上流設計を担っております。

• システムの概略検討、システム設計書の作成
• イギリス及びイタリアとの3ヵ国間での仕様調整
• 設計部門の取りまとめ

Requirements

必須条件:

• 通訳業務のご経験もしくは、それに準ずる英語力（TOEIC900点以上、ビジネス英語経験3年以上を想定）をお持ちの方

歓迎条件:

• 大規模プロジェクトにおけるプロジェクト管理やシステム開発に関わった経験
