Responsibilities

海外赴任・駐在員の管理：

• 社員の海外赴任に関する手続き全般（ビザ取得、労働許可、住居・学校の手配、引越しのサポートなど）を行います。

グローバル人材戦略の立案：

• 各国の拠点で必要な人材を計画的に配置するための戦略を策定し、実行をサポートします。

現地法人との連携：

• 海外拠点の人事担当者と連携し、評価制度や人事ポリシーの統一、課題解決を行います。

海外勤務規程の作成と運用：

• 駐在員の処遇や手当などに関する規程の整備と、その遵守状況の確認を行います。

語学研修や異文化研修の実施：

• 海外赴任前の準備として、研修を企画・実施することもあります。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 海外赴任者の給与・税務・ビザ手続きなどの実務経験
• 英語でのコミュニケーションが可能

歓迎条件：

• JOB型人事制度の導入経験もしくは運用経験
• 人事としての海外駐在経験
• グローバルでのシステムの導入もしくは運用の経験
