Responsibilities

• 航空機や宇宙機器を始めとしたエンジンに使用される、各部品の特殊工程に関わる生産技術開発業務をお任せいたします。
• 強靭化、軽量化が進む航空機部品には、熱処理、塗装、溶射、ピーニング、研削、放電加工、非破壊検査などの特殊工程が不可欠であり、その中でも着実な量産化に向けたコーティングや金属造形の工程開発に携わっていただきます。
• ICT技術を活用した生産システムの高度化・効率化や、特殊工程の開発・量産化・標準化・維持管理といった業務を幅広く担当いただきます。
• 成長が期待されている航空エンジン、ロケットエンジン分野は今後も新たな開発プロジェクトが立ち上がり、次々と量産フェーズへと移行されていきます。このような状況下においてゼロディフェクト達成へ向けた変革を進める重要性が増しており、同拠点に所属するエンジンプロジェクト・設計・品質保証部門と連携しながら、既存設備・工程の活用だけでなく、新技術の導入を含めた生産の初期工程確立を進めて行きます。

Requirements

• 製造業における何らかの特殊工程に関わる生産技術経験
• 英語力（目安：TOEIC（R）テスト700点程度）
• 専門分野とその周辺技術で常に学び続ける意欲がある方
• 国内外関係者とのパートナシップを大切にできる方
