Responsibilities

• 現場エンジニアからの情報提供を元に、装置の稼働データを分析・解析、予兆診断に必要なデータを特定し、過去データと比較、データ特徴から故障につながる兆候を特定
• 複数データを組み合わせた条件設定、ダッシュボードの表示項目の設定など、現場エンジニアが扱いやすい仕様に社内ツールを調整・改善
• 修正の際に必要となるコーディングは、チームメンバーに対応してもらえますが、自らコーディングすることも可能
• 社内ツール導入後も、フィールドエンジニアと連携しFeedbackを受けながら、条件の見直し・改善を行います（日常的な運用は行いません）。成膜やエッチング工程の、半導体装置または半導体デバイスのプロセスエンジニア経験が必要です。

Requirements

• 英語力（TOEIC 800点レベル）
• 成膜やエッチング工程のプロセスエンジニア経験
