In Japan, we offer products and services in four areas: time-lapse incubators used in infertility treatment, culture media, consumables, and genomics.
Responsibilities

  • Strategic Marketing & Execution
    • Develop and own the regional marketing strategy for Medical Devices and Genetics, ensuring synergy and differentiation where appropriate.
    • Lead the planning and execution of product launches, establishing milestones, KPIs, and stakeholder accountability.
    • Drive the creation and refinement of product messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies tailored to APAC market dynamics.
  • Market & Customer Insights
    • Conduct comprehensive market and customer analysis across both domains to identify opportunities, unmet needs, and competitive threats.
    • Translate insights into actionable strategies for portfolio development and market expansion.
    • Serve as the regional voice of customer and market intelligence for global product management and strategy teams.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
    • Partner with Sales, Clinical Scientific Support, Marcom and CS to ensure integrated execution of marketing and educational initiatives across both domains.
    • Provide strategic direction and advanced sales enablement for regional commercial teams and distributors.
    • Act as a strategic advisor to APAC leadership on product marketing priorities spanning both Medical Devices and Genetics.
  • Communication & Scientific Engagement
    • Define and lead domain-specific and cross-domain communication strategies, including congress activities, scientific workshops, and KOL engagement.
    • Ensure Medical Devices and Genetics messaging is consistently integrated into regional and global communications.
    • Strengthening brand reputation through scientific credibility and stakeholder partnerships.
  • Performance Measurement & Reporting
    • Establish and monitor KPIs and ROI for product marketing initiatives across both domains.
    • Provide regular strategic updates and recommendations to APAC and Global Marketing leadership.
    • Continuously refine strategies to ensure measurable business impact and sustainable growth.

Requirements
  • 7年以上の医療機器、ライフサイエンス、または遺伝学分野での製品マーケティング、製品管理、または戦略的マーケティング経験
  • 地域マーケティング戦略の開発と実行、および複数のドメインにわたる製品発売をリードした実績
  • 市場、競合、顧客データを戦略的方向性にまとめる強力な分析能力
  • ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
  • ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル
  • 国内・海外への出張が可能な方
