We specialize in the manufacture and sale of automotive plastic parts. In particular, our main products are fuel system connection parts. These products are used to connect gasoline hoses and have the features of easy insertion and hard disconnection. This company boasts the top share in the domestic market and efficiently supplies products through imports and exports with its group companies. Responsibilities

人事マネージャー候補として、組織内各部門のマネージャーや担当者と協力をしながらご活躍頂きます。

• 給与関連業務の管理、内部統制の運用、人件費の予算実績管理
• 人事制度（報酬、評価および福利厚生等）の整備・改革
• 採用並びに人材育成、社員教育の企画・推進
• フランス本社主導によるグループプロジェクトやミーティングへの参加、報告
• 労務、人事面での法務関連業務(弁護士や行政との連絡、交渉、対応)
• コンプライアンス関連業務 (社内法務教育)

Requirements

【必須要件】

• 給与、労務系のご経験（評価／レビューまで経験している方歓迎）
• 中級レベル以上の英語力（グローバル会議・出張等で使用）

【歓迎要件】

• 人事制度、評価制度構築改訂に携わった事のあるご経験
