Responsibilities: Japan Regionにおける同社設備投資に関するカテゴリーバイヤ業務(カテゴリーバイヤ業務：戦略策定・提案、ソーシング、取引先選定、交渉・契約)　※グローバルteam、関連部門とも連携有り
Japan Regionにおける同社設備投資に関するマネジメント業務(管掌team人員管理、KPI管理、等)
取組み対象となる設備投資プロジェクトのKPI管理、報告資料作成
必要に応じた関連部門、他リージョンメンバーとの定期的情報交換、方針すり合わせ
管理職としてteam内や所属組織に関する問題点・課題・懸念点解決に向けた提案や自らアクション遂行
Requirements: 必須条件:
調達業務経験(10年以上)
製造現場系メンバーとの連携業務経験
語学力(nativeレベルの日本語＆TOEIC(R)700点以上の英語力)
PC使用経験(Excel、Word、PowerPointは必須)
Salary: 9.3 - 12.2 million yen
