Responsibilities

• Japan Regionにおける同社設備投資に関するカテゴリーバイヤ業務(カテゴリーバイヤ業務：戦略策定・提案、ソーシング、取引先選定、交渉・契約)　※グローバルteam、関連部門とも連携有り
• Japan Regionにおける同社設備投資に関するマネジメント業務(管掌team人員管理、KPI管理、等)
• 取組み対象となる設備投資プロジェクトのKPI管理、報告資料作成
• 必要に応じた関連部門、他リージョンメンバーとの定期的情報交換、方針すり合わせ
• 管理職としてteam内や所属組織に関する問題点・課題・懸念点解決に向けた提案や自らアクション遂行

Requirements

• 調達業務経験(10年以上)
• 製造現場系メンバーとの連携業務経験
• 語学力(nativeレベルの日本語＆TOEIC(R)700点以上の英語力)
• PC使用経験(Excel、Word、PowerPointは必須)
• コミュニケーション＆対人スキル
• 組織人として必要なスキル(傾聴力、協調性、柔軟性、創造性、機敏性、リーダシップ、問題解決、批判的思考)
• 新しい事にチャレンジすることに臆さない方
• 成長に貪欲な方
• 粘り強く頑張れる方(ストレス耐性のある方)
