Responsibilities

業務内容：

• グローバルERPシステム　P2P領域におけるグローバルプロジェクト責任者
• グローバル各サイトにいる調達メンバーと連携しP2Pの仕様を決める。また各サイトでのグローバル基幹システムの導入推進
• 各サイトからの要望を踏まえ、P2Pにおける当社の調達要望実現に向け、システムベンダー・社内関連部門と調整を行う
• システム導入後における維持管理（サプライヤーマスターデータ整備など）
• これら活動におけるシステムベンダーならびに社内関連メンバーと密なコミュニケーション実施と課題・懸念点解決への参画

Requirements

必須要件：

• 大規模組織でのマネジメント経験（部長職以上 orそれに相当するプロジェクトマネジメント実績など）
• ERP導入経験を有する
• ネイティブもしくはネイティブレベルの日本語能力（日本語検定1級）
• ネイティブもしくはTOEIC 800点以上の英語力(海外メンバーと業務上問題なくコミュニケーション出来るレベル)
• 日本語・英語以外の言語能力（特に中国語）
• 自動車業界での勤務経験がある
• 調達業務の経験がある
