業務概要:eVTOLの実用化に向けた協業を推進しています。航空機開発・品質のつくり込みを学びながら同社の空モビリティを実現することで、更なる移動の自由と利便性を世の中に提供していきます。新たに空のモビリティとしてeVTOLという選択肢が加わる未来は、多くの人たちの生活をさらに豊かにしていくと期待されています。今後社会的ニーズが高まる空のモビリティを世界に先駆けて実現するために、他社との開発・生産協業を推進することができる仕事です。職務詳細:＜つき抜けた技・期待を超えるモノづくりソリューションでプロジェクトに貢献＞

• 他社と協業し、試作・量産に向けた、生技開発・生産準備
• 主な対象工程：機体接合工程／機体組立工程、生技開発開発、工程計画、設備導入、工程整備、生産性改善

Requirements

必須条件:下記に関するご経験／知識のいずれかを有している方

• 車両系の生産技術・製造技術の経験
• TPSを軸とした、工程・レイアウト改善の経験
• フライングモビリティ開発にモノづくりで挑戦したい方
• 英語コミュニケーション能力

歓迎条件:

• 航空機生産／製造の経験
• DX技術を活用した 精度解析、及び要求品質の造り込み
