Responsibilities

• 同社グループ会社が保有するIPの国内外のライセンシー／パートナーに対する営業プレゼンテーションの実施、契約条件の交渉、契約締結および履行管理
• 契約後の運営業務（レポート作成、製作進行管理、入金フォローなど）
• デザイン関連資料の監修・確認、クリエイティブチームと連携したブランド整合性の確保
• 部門内および事業部全体での効果的な情報共有・連携
• 海外本社への報告・情報共有（定期的な英語でのコミュニケーション必須）
• 経営陣と連携したブランド開発および戦略立案のサポート

Requirements

必須条件:

• ライセンス業務経験及びエンターテイメント業界での実務経験3年以上
• ビジネスレベルの英語スキル（実務経験があること）
• 英文契約書を扱った実務経験

歓迎条件:

• 営業経験
• 法務経験
• 音楽著作権管理者資格（MPA）
• 他の言語スキル（中国語等）
