Responsibilities

東京メンバー（2名）のマネジメントを中心に、部門長（大阪勤務）と共に、同部署に求められるミッション達成や貢献していただく。マネジメントに偏らず、拡大の一途をたどる部門ミッションやタスクを自ら実行し牽引していただきます。具体的な業務内容:

東京エリアを中心とした各部門との連携

教育、育成業務担当メンバー（東京）の実務支援と育成

部内の大阪メンバー担当業務への支援

特命事案への対応

部署の予算策定／予実管理／計上処理

Requirements

必須条件:①事業会社の人事部門において、管理職経験（3名以上の組織を3年以上マネジメント） を有すること：部門の業績責任を負った経験があること（メンバー育成のみは不可）②以下のいずれかの領域で、5年以上のハンズオン実務経験を有すること：

• 人事制度運用（考課、登用、報酬制度、就業規則改定など）
• 人材育成、教育研修業務
• 給与計算、社会保険手続き

③直近3年間において、マネジメント専任ではなく、プレイング業務にも従事していたこと
