Responsibilities

【具体的な業務例】ITインフラが安定的かつ高品質に運用されるように、品質の維持・向上を目的とした管理・改善活動をリードします。【入社後すぐの業務】提供しているITインフラサービスの品質基準を策定し、品質指標の設定を行っていただきます。【入社6か月～1年以降】ITインフラサービスの品質管理を継続的に行い、サービスの分析及び評価を行っていただきます

Requirements

必須条件:以下いずれも満たす方

• 日本語能力がネイティブレベルもしくは日本語能力試験N1所持、英語能力がネイティブレベルもしくはTOEIC(R)テスト650点以上
• ITインフラに関わる業務経験（目安：10年以上）
• ITサービスに関する品質管理経験
• セキュリティに関する基本的な知識
