Responsibilities

海外のサプライヤーの対象に求償活動がメインとなります。不具合のあったプロダクトに対して原因究明の解析を行い、その後の購買条件や保証規定などの規則に基づいてサプライヤと求償金の回収、また改善策の提案を行っていく業務となります。

• サプライヤとの日常的な業務を調整・管理
• 顧客や販売店で発生した保証案件を、保証請求や販売店からの品質報告に基づき分析
• 保証品分析（WMA）を主導し、部品不具合の原因や傾向の整理、サプライヤや他部門からの技術報告
• 不具合の根本原因や責任範囲の明確化
• サプライヤに責任がある場合、契約に基づき保証費用回収の交渉
• サプライヤが契約条件（GPC・WC）に同意するよう関係部署と協力し、契約ルールを正しく運用・改善
• 不具合傾向や根本原因を他部門に共有し、品質改善や保証コスト削減

Requirements

必須条件:

• 製造での分野で品質保証のご経験（2年以上）
• 外部と折衝経験
• 英語でのコミュニケーションスキル
