Responsibilities

人事マネージャーとして、組織内各部門のマネージャーや担当者と協力をしながらご活躍頂きます。
■業務内容：

• 給与関連業務の管理、内部統制の運用、人件費の予算実績管理
• 人事制度（報酬、評価および福利厚生等）の整備・改革
• 採用並びに人材育成、社員教育の企画・推進
• フランス本社主導によるグループプロジェクトやミーティングへの参加、報告
• 労務、人事面での法務関連業務(弁護士や行政との連絡、交渉、対応)
• コンプライアンス関連業務 (社内法務教育)

Requirements

●必要業務経験 【必須要件】

• 人事労務および給与業務において通算し15年以上の実務/管理職経験
• 労働法、関連法規および労働行政に対する人事分野における法務知識
• 中級レベル以上の英語力（グローバル会議・出張等で使用）

【歓迎要件】

• 業務に関連する資格保有者　(社労士等)
• 職務等級制度の運営実績
• 製造業における就業経験
