We operate diverse businesses such as e-commerce, finance, and digital content, offering various services including online shopping platforms, cloud services, and internet banking. We also provide point programs and media content to enhance customer engagement. Responsibilities

• 予実管理、年次予算計画の策定
• カンパニーや事業部内でのマネジメント会議の運営
• 対加盟店・対ユーザーのCSやNPSをもとにした品質改善
• 事業部での新サービスリリースにおけるオペレーションフローの策定と業務委託を含めたマネジメント
• KPI・PL指標などのモニタリングインフラの提供（DOMO・SQLを活用）
• コーポレート経理部と連携した経理業務
• 部内の課題抽出及び課題解決のサポート
