Responsibilities

主な業務内容:

• IFRSに基づく連結財務諸表の月次および四半期報告書の作成において中心的役割を担う
• J-GAAPに基づく財務諸表の作成において中心的役割を担う
• 特定の財務分野の責任者となり、必要に応じて他部門および国際的な担当部署と連携する
• 担当分野における会計監査人との連携
• 担当分野における内部監査との連携
• 必要に応じて、会計関連のアドホックプロジェクト（IT関連プロジェクトを含む場合がある）を主導する
• 上記事項に関連する管理業務を行う
• ジュニア・アカウンタントのモチベーションを高め、指導する

Requirements

応募要件(必須):

• 財務会計業務における5年以上の実務経験
• 継続的なプロセス改善に取り組む強い意志
• ビジネスレベルの日本語と英語

• Excel、PowerPoint、Wordの中級から上級レベルのスキル
• 国際的な環境で通用する高いコミュニケーション能力
• 高いモチベーションを持ち、リーダーシップを発揮できる可能性
• 複数のタスクを処理できる優れた組織力
• 日本の公認会計士または米国の公認会計士
• 連結会計業務の経験
