Main responsibilities:
- Within the Japan region:
- Analyze and improve sales processes, optimize sales models, and support the implementation and use of sales tools.
- Bridge with global:
- Develop global strategies, report on sales progress, including order forecasts and pipeline evaluations, and lead global meetings.
- * While major strategies originate globally, it is important to be able to localize and devise them for Japan.
- * In the future, you will also be expected to take on pricing roles.

- Requirements

Minimum requirements:
- Native Japanese speaker with business English proficiency (enough to discuss global issues in English)
- Experience in sales analysis and data modeling using Excel and BI
- Experience in any of the following industries related to the products we handle:
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations or sales planning
- 5+ years of experience as a sales consultant
- 5+ years of domestic and international sales experience at an industrial manufacturer
- 5+ years of sales experience at a trading company handling industrial products
- Salesforce certification
- Understanding of sales and marketing tools
- IT/business consulting
