業務内容

Main responsibilities:

• Within the Japan region:
  • Analyze and improve sales processes, optimize sales models, and support the implementation and use of sales tools.
• Bridge with global:
  • Develop global strategies, report on sales progress, including order forecasts and pipeline evaluations, and lead global meetings.
  • * While major strategies originate globally, it is important to be able to localize and devise them for Japan.
  • * In the future, you will also be expected to take on pricing roles.

応募条件

Minimum requirements:

• Native Japanese speaker with business English proficiency (enough to discuss global issues in English)
• Experience in sales analysis and data modeling using Excel and BI
• Experience in any of the following industries related to the products we handle:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations or sales planning
  • 5+ years of experience as a sales consultant
  • 5+ years of domestic and international sales experience at an industrial manufacturer
  • 5+ years of sales experience at a trading company handling industrial products

Preferred qualifications:

• Salesforce certification
• Understanding of sales and marketing tools
• IT/business consulting
