Responsibilities

業務内容：

• 設立時期ですので各種業務プロセスなど足りない点を自ら考え作り上げて頂きます。
• 経理・総務・人事(給与社会保険業務除く)・法務(契約レビュー)・衛生・社内行事・オフィス管理・備品管理（及び購買）に関する取りまとめ業務をお任せします。
• 部下や社員からの相談を受けたり、育成プランを構築・実施して頂きます。

Requirements

必須要件：

• 管理職としての部下のマネジメント経験（３年以上）
• コミュニケーション力、実行力、判断力
• 人事・総務・経理業務の広範な知識および経験
• 普通自動車第一種運転免許

歓迎要件：

• 購買、法務の知識の経験があれば尚可
• 英語力があれば尚可
