Responsibilities

• Globalソリューションの導入、支援及び社内トレーニング
• サービスデスクの運用／管理、ユーザーへのITサービスの提供
• ビジネスの要求を考慮したITソリューションを提案および実施
• 社内ITインフラの維持・管理

Requirements

必須条件：

• 普通自動車運転免許
• IT基本技術（PC、Windows、ネットワークインフラストラクチャー（TCP/IP, Switch, Mobileデバイス等））
• 英語でのコミュニケーション力（電話会議、オンライン会議等）
• カスタマーサービス意識の高い方／社内ユーザーとの円滑なコミュニケーションが取れる方
