Responsibilities

• つくば事業所の工場設備のエンジニアリング業務をお任せします。
• 新規シリコーン製品の製造ライン立ち上げプロジェクト

-新商品用の新規設備の導入を推進中で、ライン立ち上げに参画していただきます。（設備の仕様、レイアウト設計、技術部門や品質部門等の他部署との連携を行い、プロジェクト推進の支援を担います。）

• 既存設備の保守・改善のエンジニアリング

-シリコーンゴム製造用各種ミキサー、濾過機、及び関連設備、窒素発生装置、ボイラー等用役設備など、事業所内の設備全般が対象になります。-最新技術の導入による業務効率化、設備更新と維持管理、年間メンテナンス計画の立案と実行、故障対応などを担当して頂きます。

Requirements

• 設備技術部門または生産技術部門でのご経験
• チームリーダー等の経験をお持ちの方
• TOEIC600程度の英語力※海外(ドイツ)との英語でのコミュニケーションが発生する可能性がございます。
• チームワークができるかた
• マネジメントの素質があるかた
• 論理的思考ができて主体性があるかた
