Responsibilities

• 同社は国内、世界シェアトップクラスを誇る研究医療支援機器を複数展開しています。
• CGT（Cell and Gene Therapy; 細胞遺伝子治療）領域は新規事業のフェーズとなるため、営業／フィールドアプリケーションサイエンティストと協力しながら、顧客のニーズを的確に理解し、商品企画にも挑戦したい方を募集しています。

【業務詳細】OJTベースで業務範囲を少しずつ広げながら、まずは１製品を担当し、先輩社員のサポートのもとで以下携わっていただきます。成長著しい細胞・遺伝子領域でキャリアを築けるやりがいあるポジションです。（1)市場調査・分析

• 研究者やライフサイエンス分野の最新トレンドを調査。データを用いた市場・競合の分析、ターゲット戦略

（2）製品企画・開発

• 顧客の声をもとに新しい製品コンセプトを考案。製品の導入～終了までを管理。国内外のチームと協力して仕様を決定

（3）プロジェクト管理

• 製品開発のスケジュールやタスクを管理。他部署や海外のチームとの連携をスムーズに進める

（4）グローバル展開

• 海外での製品導入計画を立案・実行。海外拠点やパートナー企業と協力しながら事業を広げる

（5）プロモーション・営業支援

• 販促戦略を立案・実行・展示会やセミナーの企画運営も担当

※出張頻度：1～2回／月

Requirements

必須条件:

• 医薬品、生物学、再生医療等のライフサイエンス領域における業務経験
• 英語力（流暢でなくとも会話ができるレベル）※英語使用頻度：会議やメールにおいて日常的に使用
