Responsibilities

• 電子ビームマスク描画装置構成ユニットの機能開発および設計業務

Requirements

MUST：

• 機構設計の知識(材料力学・熱力学・流体力学・機械力学)や経験のある方
• 機械系ユニットの計画図および組立図面の作図経験
• 機構設計仕様書の作成経験
• 英語　（ビジネスで最低限必要なレベル、TOEIC 500点以上が望ましい）

WANT：

• 機械安全/SEMI規格の知識や経験
• 真空装置設計の知識や経験
• 測定結果の統計処理
• 3D CADでのモデルおよび機械設計図面の作成経験
• CAE解析ソフト(Ansys等)を使用しての、シミュレーション経験
