Responsibilities

Japan/ASEANリージョンにおける自動車業界向け電子部品製造、主にコネクターの端子におけるStamping技術に関連するPress機、Press用金型、周辺機器の開発業務全般。関連部門と連携しながら最適な製造工程を提案し、生産開始までの生産工程開発業務全般。

• 新製品開発案件で、Press用金型及び周辺機器の提案、見積り
• Press用金型、周辺機器の新規立ち上げ及び工場への設置
• 顧客開発イベント用のサンプル作成及び品質確認
• 既存製品に対するコスト低減活動
• 将来に対するStamping技術の立案、先行開発
• 海外拠点との技術交流

Requirements

必須条件:

• 新製品開発向けでPress用金型の仕様作成、金型開発業務の経験(3年以上)
• 社内、社外のコスト（材料単価、一つの単価）及び投資（金型の価格、選定）分析が出来る方（海外とのやり取りの経験をお持ちなら尚可（海外からの見積）（ソフト指定なし）)
• サプライヤー管理の経験
• PCスキル（Excel、Word、Power Point）
• 3D CAD使用経験
• 英語：目安TOEIC(R)500点程度
• 日本語ビジネスレベル
