Responsibilities

• ERP（SAP S4／HANA）を使って製造オーダ、生産進捗を管理する
• 生産目標達成に向け、計画を定期的に更新し、必要に応じて人員とスケジュールを調整する
• 日々の能率を管理し、改善策を企画、実施する
• 生産管理部門（営業）と連携し、生産関連の問い合わせに対応する
• 海外技術部門と連携して生産関連の製造手順、品質に関わる帳票類を整備、維持する
• 完成品が計画通りに出荷されるように物流部門と連携を取る
• オペレーターの安全な作業環境を確保するために、安全標準および手順を策定、維持、改善する
• 品質保証部門と連携し、完成品が品質基準を満たしていることを確認し、必要に応じ是正を実施
• CCS以外の製品についての能率改善策を企画、実行する

Requirements

必須条件：

• 製造での生産技術／生産管理で最低3年の経験
• 生産工程（主に組立）、品質管理、および安全基準について理解を有すること
• 製造関連の工場資格を持っている方優遇
• 日本語ビジネスレベル、英語ビジネスレベル（TOEIC(R)テスト600点以上）、もしくは今後の語学力向上に積極的な方
• MS Office（Excel、Word、Power Point）使用可

• SAPベースのERP使用経験
