Responsibilities

エナジーセクターの財務担当者として、事業価値を持続的に向上させるために財務戦略／経営計画とりまとめ、業績管理、リスクマネジメントを推進いただきます。日本で2-3年経験を積んだ後、海外拠点に駐在いただけるチャンスがあり、グローバルに活躍したい方がマッチします。【職務詳細】

• 事業部、グループ会社の業績管理取纏め他、財務分析を通じた事業の成長戦略立案、実行への参画により事業の成長へ貢献
• 業績管理・財務戦略関連での予算策定・予実管理
• 業績管理・財務戦略関連でのデータ収集および分析
• 自組織の計画、予算編成と問題解決を通じて、エナジーセクターを健全に維持
• 海外駐在時は、本社等でのグループ連結決算対応が主な業務となります。

Requirements

必須条件:

• 連結決算の実務経験をお持ちの方
• 海外拠点やメンバーと問題なくコミュニケーションが取れる英語力（数年内に海外駐在の可能性あり）
• PCスキル（Excel、PowerPoint、Word）

歓迎条件:

• 製造業もしくはエネルギー業界における経理財務経験をお持ちの方
