Responsibilities

仕事内容 世界の半導体メーカー様に世界最高レベルの半導体装置を提供しているラムリサーチのDeposition装置のフィールドプロセスのお仕事です。 業務内容：

• 半導体製造装置の立ち上げ・プロセス性能検証
• 製造装置および生産に関する問題解決のサポート
• データ分析、歩留まり改善
• 次世代製造装置の開発サポート
• お客様へのデモンストレーション
  • (お客様の要望に沿うようにプロセス及びハードウエアをカスタマイズし、お客様量産工場でのプロセス開発、生産性改善をサポート)
• 開発・デモでは、海外本社に行くこともあります。

Requirements

必須要件：

• 半導体製造装置を理解していること
  • 半導体業界経験5年以上。
  • Depositionプロダクトを扱った経験および、プロセスエンジニア、エンジニアリング経験が望ましい。
• 英語（TOEIC目安：600点以上）
  • 海外開発拠点と英語でのメールのやり取り、電話会議での会話が必要。
  • 流暢でなくても、積極的にコミュニケーションを取れる方が望ましい。
