Responsibilities

業務量増加のため同社にてご活躍いただける方を募集いたします。アシスタント業務を中心に、ゆくゆくは新人教育等運営支援や部内庶務業務なども行って頂くポジションとなります。【具体的には】

• 営業アシスタント業務（取引先とのメール、電話対応）
• 売買計上等事務処理システム入力（SAP）
• 送金や入金の処理業務
• 法令対応
• 新人教育等運営支援
• 部内庶務業務

Requirements

必須条件:

• 英語中級レベル（TOEIC（R）600相当、メール対応必須）
• 貿易事務実務経験（3年以上）
• Excel使用経験

歓迎条件:

• 他外国語（特に中国語）スキルがある方
• 商社、物流会社での勤務経験
• 貿易実務B級もしくはC級をお持ちの方
• SAP使用経験
• 簿記3級もしくは2級をお持ちの方
