Responsibilities

• アルミ鋳物向け金型設計および導入（3D CADを用いて型設計～型手配～製品形状合格）
• 金型要素技術開発（材料、熱／表面処理、熱マネジメント、センシング、歪・変形抑制、保全性）
• 金型競争力向上（機能とコストの両面で高次元のバランスを追求）
• 型設計に関する知見を集約し、標準化

Requirements

必須条件：下記いずれか

• 鋳造領域における金型設計業務または金型に関連する要素技術開発業務の経験（3年以上）
• 鋳造以外の自動車生産向け金型設計業務の経験（5年以上、樹脂成型型やプレス型設計など）
• その他製造業での金型設計経験があり、上記業務に強い興味を持ち、挑戦する意欲と向上心を有する方

歓迎条件：下記いずれか

• 流体力学、熱力学、金属材料、材料力学、電気電子工学に関する基礎知識
• CAD操作スキル（特にCreo）
• AIやプログラミングに関する素養
