Responsibilities

• 金融事業の全体戦略の策定と実行
• グループ全体の金融事業戦略の策定
• 各個社の事業計画の評価と調整
• 市場動向や競合分析を基にした戦略提案
• グループ内のシナジー効果を最大化するための金融事業戦略の検討
• ガバナンスとリスク管理
• 各個社のガバナンス体制の評価と改善提案
• リスク管理フレームワークの構築と運用
• 内部監査のサポートとフォローアップ
• モニタリングとパフォーマンス評価
• 各個社の業績モニタリング
• KPIの設定とパフォーマンス評価
• 定期的なレポート作成と経営陣への報告

Requirements

必須条件：

• 交渉力、調整力、関係性構築能力等、高いコミュニケーション能力
• 金融業界の経験（例：証券会社でのアドバイザー業務、銀行の企画部門等）

歓迎条件：

• MBAやCFAホルダー
• 持ち株会社での経験
