Responsibilities

業務内容：

• 海外事業を俯瞰する立場である経営企画部海外戦略グループにて、海外のビジネス、事務、システム、ガバナンスを再構築する全行プロジェクトをPMOの立場で牽引していきます。
• 具体例として、以下のテーマにおいて、経営との議論を重ね施策を立案し、国内外各部との折衝、施策導入に向けた業務推進をしていただきます。
• 例：
  • 海外事務システムの長期戦略策定
  • 海外事業の事務システムを取り巻く権限、インセンティブの見直し
  • プロダクトガバナンスの見直し
  • システム開発に係るガバナンス、行内規定の見直し
  • 海外事務システムに関連する人材育成
  • IT開発リソースの増強
  • グローバルのITベンダーマネジメント手法の改善

Requirements

必須要件：

• 社会人経験5年以上。特にシステム部門／経営企画部門／海外部門での経験者が歓迎
• TOEIC900点以上または同等の英語力

歓迎要件：

• プロジェクトマネジメント業務の経験
• システム開発・導入・運用の経験
• 英語での交渉、会議ファシリテーションの経験
• 業務戦略策定・企画管理の実務スキル（日英）
• 多様な関係者とのコミュニケーション・交渉スキル（日英）
• ITの基礎知識 （歓迎要件）
• Microsoft Office等を用いた資料作成・プレゼン（歓迎要件）
