Responsibilities
Main responsibilities:
  • Maintenance
    • Control and implement corrective maintenance for Application. (PC)
    • Control and implement preventive maintenance program for Application. (GT, AM)
    • Improve Application equipment reliability. (GT, AM)
    • Improve Application maintenance performance.
    • Plan & Schedule for Application maintenance work (e.g. hold weekly/daily meeting) (PC)
    • Implement QEHS for maintenance construction (EHS, 3P) and 5S in maintenance working area.
    • Implement procurement procedure (RfQ, Quotation evaluation, PR, Quality check, GR) (Pr, Fi) 
    • Feedback maintenance contractor evaluation to Site Development (3P, SD)
  • MOC, Project
    • Control and Implement MOC/Project lead in Application (GT, SPM, AM)
  • Personnel management/development
    • Support development of talent in team.
  • ISO handling
    • Implement ISO9001/14001 tasks assigned by maintenance manager.
  • Spare Parts Management
    • Support improve strategy and implement procurement procedure and storage (AM)
  • Document control
    • Create and update maintenance standard, plan, record in Application. (AM)

Requirements
Minimum requirements:
  • Education: University degree or equivalent in engineering.
  • Working Experience: >3 years maintenance/engineering experience related to chemical plants.
  • Business level English communication.
  • License: Class B hazardous materials engineer (危険物取扱主任者乙種)
  • 1st class qualified certified electrician(第一種電気工事士)
  • Technical Competency:
    • Electrical and mechanical engineering foundation.
    • EHS R1 requirements.
    • RCMS foundation.
    • LEAN Kaizen foundation.
    • Six Sigma foundation.
    • IATF foundation.
    • Calibration and testing fundamentals.
    • Maintenance and troubleshooting fundamentals.
    • Start up, shut down, commissioning and turnaround fundamentals.
    • Application and process safety fundamentals.
    • Process Control and Interlock Systems fundamentals.
    • Clean room fundamentals.
    • Basic programming.
