Responsibilities

業務内容：

• 眼鏡レンズ製造において、主に化学物質（有機系）を取り扱う工程での生産技術活動
• 海外工場の技術者育成及び生産技術サポート業務
• 材料開発、新製品導入、生産ライン立ち上げ

Requirements

必須要件：

• 理系学部大卒以上
• 有機化学に見識があり、実験計画法、統計的手法を用いて問題解決能力をお持ちの方
• 一般的な化学分析に関して知識をお持ちの方
• 英語力 点以上またはそれに準ずる資格
• （海外の研究開発部門及び製造技術部門、マーケティング部門、共同研究機関などとの英語でのミーティングがあります）

• メガネレンズの基本知識をお持ちの方
• 前向きでコミュニケーション能力を有する
• 有機物質、溶剤取り扱い経験者
• 工程改善の経験をお持ちの方
